Affordable City in KSA comprises essentially low-rise housing supported by all the social, educational, religious amenities needed to have a functional city. The City includes six Townships of different urban densities and amenities. The First township is composed of 32 Neighborhooods around an urban center. The Neighborhood is what we call a Kindergarten community.
