Olayard is a potential Transit Oriented Development in Riyadh city center. It is at close proximity to the King Fahad Library metro station currently under construction. The project adopts a mixed land use that includes a resiential neighborhood, retail ground floor, office space, entertainment and cultural facilities and a landmark hotel.
