ENUGU

Enugu is a town in Nigeria wanting to develop a low cost housing next to the airport.
The infrastructure on site is inexistent and the terrain is virgin: consisting of lakes and green areas. We preserved them and worked carefully around them. We allocated an apartment zone of 3000 units on the closest intersection point of the site with the neighboring town. We created a more upscale zone of villas around the existing lake buffered from future development by the forest. Phase 1 consists of 1000 villas and phase 2 of another 1000 villas.
