Wadi Hanifa is a contemporary low-rise, low density compound in one of the high end residential areas in Riyadh.The project benefits from an existing cliff and Oasis. The project is divided in two parts; an Upper compound overlooking the oasis and a Lower compound immersed in it.The Clubhouse is the major feature of the project connecting the two compounds with a large number of facilities and a stunning view.
