It is a 144,116m2 inside the City of Arabia development in Dubai containing retail, residential, commercial and hospitality benefiting from the proximity of the entertainment destination IMG Worlds of adventure at the gateway towards DUBAILAND. The development is focused around a central open space/ park with a network of green alleyways connecting all the plots to it and a landmark hotel.
